I will never order from AURABLOOM again. I ordered this product on December 14th and they created a shipping label four days later. The actual package didn’t ship from Georgia until 8 days later. The customer service rep blamed the long shipping time on the holiday. She just kept on lying to me. When I got the package, the return address shows Georgia, not California where the shipping label was created. So I could have actually had the order canceled because it had not shipped yet. They just didn’t want to lose money on another canceled order. I don’t know who is running this business, but they are not doing a very good job. I won’t be back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The braclet is really nice, but the major problem is that it is about 2-3 inches too short to wrap around the wrist. On of the things that attracted me to the bracelet was the way it is shown wrapped around the wrist. Is it possible to get one that is 2-3 inches longer?
